Luis Madrid is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Mexico Awareness Raising Project (MAP). With 10 years of experience in civil organizations, government, consulting, and international cooperation, he designs and implements frameworks to assess project effectiveness. Luis, a political scientist and public administrator from El Colegio de México with a diploma in educational policies from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, previously served as Program Manager and Policy Advisor at the British Embassy in Mexico, developed monitoring strategies at DAI, and contributed as a Specialist in Information Solutions for Development at USAID Mexico. He has also worked on educational projects with the International Youth Foundation and as an advisor for the Ministry of Public Education.
