Luis Aguirre serves as an Administrative and Procurement Coordinator. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from UNAM and is a specialist in finance from the same university. With a rich background in project coordination, Luis previously held the position of coordinator for digital services projects in the Coordination of the National Digital Strategy at the Office of the President of the Republic. In this capacity, he played a key role in coordinating significant projects such as online birth certificates and online professional credentials. Additionally, Luis contributed to Human Rights issues related to identity at RENAPO within the Ministry of the Interior. His diverse experience spans both the public and private sectors, bringing valuable insights to his current role.
