Ingrid Ceballos

Ingrid Ceballos is the Programs Director for the Empowering Women in the Mexican Workplace and the Mexico Awareness Raising Project (MAP). She oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of these programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and international standards. Ingrid brings over 14 years of experience in managing projects and initiatives in both the public and private sectors. She previously served as the Director General of International Affairs at the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, where she acted as the Mexican Government’s point of contact for the implementation of labor chapters within trade agreements, particularly the USMCA (T-MEC) and its Rapid Response Labor Mechanism. Prior to that, she worked at the Ministry of Public Education on governance issues with education sector unions and contributed to the agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals from the Office of the President of the Republic. Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UNAM and pursued a master’s degree in global health and demography at the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.
