Enith Yohana Rendón Conde is a Lead Field Technician in cacao and pepartmental agroforestry for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). She has over 7 years of experience working as an extension and agroforestry technician. Her most recent work has been in the forestry sector, focusing on the recovery of degraded areas in the upper Sinú River basin as an adaptive strategy to climate change and intercultural agreements for environmental management in the overlap zone between PNN Paramillo and the Alto Sinú Indigenous Reserve, Esmeralda, and Verde de Urrá. Enith is a technician in integrated cacao crop management with an emphasis on harvest and post-harvest, a technician in environmental management, and is currently studying Agroforestry Engineering.
