Edgar Hernan Alfonso is a Lead Field Technician in cacao and departmental agroforestry for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). He is a technologist specializing in the transformation and production of industrial chocolate products and has worked in the cacao sector for over 15 years. Initially starting as a farmer, Edgar later became a field technician, accumulating approximately 10 years of experience in various projects and organizations. His work has been focused on supporting cacao farmers and improving the living conditions of cacao-producing families.
