Juan Jaiver Romero is the Lead Field Technician in cacao and departmental agroforestry for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). He is an Agricultural Business Administrator with over 10 years of experience as an extension worker in the cacao sector. Juan has worked on various projects of a gremial and international cooperation nature, focusing on productive, social, and business areas. Additionally, he is an entrepreneur in the agricultural sector and leads an association of small producers in southern Tolima.
