Zurley Care Garcia is a Field Technician in Cacao and Agroforestry at the departmental level for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). In her role, she is responsible for validating agronomic information on farms, providing agricultural extension services to project beneficiaries, and supporting the achievement of the project’s success indicators. Zurley has 7 years of experience in the cacao sector, particularly in agricultural extension and supporting small producers and associations, with a focus on improving the living conditions of producer families. She has previously worked in various associations, handling project execution and maintaining FAIRTRADE certification, and focusing on implementing business ideas for entrepreneurial groups from vulnerable populations in the municipality of Chigorodó.
