Hugo Suaza is a Field Technician in Cacao and Agroforestry at the departmental level for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). He is a Technologist in Agricultural Production with a focus on technical management of cacao cultivation. Hugo is also a cacao producer and chocolatier. He has a diploma in ICTs, computer tools, georeferencing, leadership, community development, and rural project management. He possesses skills in teamwork, conflict resolution, resource management, and documentation, with extensive experience in providing personalized technical support across various municipalities in Antioquia and ease of travel.
