Felipe Rojas is the Technical Director for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). He has 11 years of relevant experience in the development of projects focused on improving the living conditions of rural populations in vulnerable conditions in Colombia. Previously, Felipe served on the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB-FOMIN). He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in international business.
