Víctor Julián Ríos Bedoya is a Field Technician in cacao and agroforestry for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). He is a Technologist in Agricultural Business Administration with experience in both the public and private sectors. Víctor has worked in extension for various crops, including Hass avocado, Tahiti lime, and currently focuses on cacao cultivation.
