Ms. Paula Sofia Villanueva is the president of Partners’ Peru Chapter and an industrial engineer, where she has worked in diverse fields, such as mining and the retail business. She is deeply passionate about joining Partners’ Board, a sentiment rooted in a transformative experience 15 years ago. As a participant of the Youth Leaders/Youth Ambassadors program, her first encounter with the United States, Ms. Sofia Villanueva discovered a renewed purpose: to help and serve others. As an active member of the Peru Chapter for several years, she has gained firsthand experience of Partners’ impact. Ms. Sofia Villanueva’s tenure as the Chapter’s president further solidified her dedication and provided her with immense leadership experience. She speaks fluent Spanish, English, German, and Italian.
