Fernanda Flores

Fernanda Flores, Senior Labor Specialist for the Mexico Awareness Raising Project at Partners of the Americas, is tasked with developing clear written content about the New Labor Justice Model and designing strategies to enhance institutional activities for government entities, project partners, unions, and business organizations. With prior roles including Director of Guidance and Consultation at the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, legislative advisor in the Senate of the Republic, and Director of Normativity, Public Policies, and Gender at the Attorney General’s Office, Fernanda brings extensive experience in labor law and policy. She holds a degree from the University of Pedregal and a Specialization in Labor Law and Labor Justice from the Federal School of Judicial Training of the Federal Judiciary Council, solidifying her expertise in the field.
