María Catalina Useche

Catalina is the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for the Advancing Labor Compliance in Colombia’s Port Sector Project. She has over 12 years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and operating M&E systems for development projects in Colombia from project initiation to closeout stages. Before joining Partners, Catalina worked as a monitoring leader and operating advisor for the National Land Agency, where she was in charge of the M&E of five cooperation agreements from donors including the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Catalina has a master’s degree in development studies from the University of Bath.
