Astrith Lorena Trujillo is a Field Technician in Cacao and Agroforestry at the departmental level for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). She applies her knowledge in the workplace with efficiency, leadership, responsibility, honesty, and dedication. Astrith has the ability to analyze and adapt to new changes, using them productively and positively in her work. She is trained in guiding vulnerable populations in the community and has extensive knowledge in strengthening socio-business aspects of agricultural organizations, technical assistance, project auditing, and personnel management.
