November 2, 2022—Alan Berkeley, Esq. received the 2022 Sepassi Spirit Award today for almost 50 years of exceptional service at the Partners of the Americas (Partners) Summit in Colombia.
The yearly award honors those who inspire and empower every generation in the spirit of service and partnership.
Alan has provided legal counsel to Partners through his firm, K&L Gates, and opened up the firm to those with different areas of expertise who have given counsel to Partners in our time of need. He has participated in Board meetings and provided guidance, historical context, and legal advice to many presidents and CEOs, the Board of Directors, and senior staff. Alan never shies away from resolving legal concerns or providing solutions to Partners as the organization evolves and grows. At Partners’ 50th Anniversary in 2014, we recognized Alan as a philanthropist and advocate of our mission.
Partners thanks Alan for being a constant and consistent support for the organization over the past 50 years.
