Do you know a Partners of the Americas Chapter or organizational member? Do you have an idea to connect in person about education or economic growth? Keep reading!
Individual Self-Designed Exchanges give participants the chance to create their own experience under the themes of economic growth and entrepreneurship or education. Applicants connect in advance with a Partners Chapter or organizational member to co-design trip goals and a 7–10 day agenda based on shared interests and resources.
Exchanges could look like:
- An educator observing classrooms, enhancing curricula, and sharing new approaches to pedagogy.
- An entrepreneur providing training and developing resources to strengthen local businesses.
- A professor learning about rural education in the host community while sharing insights from their own, fostering cross-border problem solving.
These exchanges are designed to benefit both participants and host communities, with opportunities for continued collaboration beyond the in-person visit—reflecting Partners of the Americas’ long tradition of building lasting connections across borders.
