Partners of the Americas (POA) is requesting competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in conducting the post-monetization assessment for the Food for Progress Nigeria Project FCC-620-2025/009-00 (Food for Progress Nigeria) funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
The objective of this assessment is to analyze the outcomes of POA’s monetization process and determine whether it had any adverse impacts, including potential displacement of commercial trade or disincentives to local food production. Through this RFP, POA seeks to engage a qualified, independent consultant or firm to carry out this assessment.
