Silvia Gutiérrez Barradas is a Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst for the Empowering Women in the Mexican Workplace project. She is an internationalist specialized on International Cooperation for Development, with experience in monitoring and evaluation of federal social programs, specifically those related to basic education and daycare services. Additionally, she has developed strategies to promote international financial and technical cooperation within civil society and government sectors, in organizations such as World Vision México, Viccali A.C., and the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Policy (CONEVAL).
