He is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and providing daily activity reports and management of the field extension team. Pedro brings 21 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector, specializing in management, advisory services, and technical support, all aimed at fostering the development of cacao-farming families. He has significant knowledge and experience in the cacao sector, particularly in the areas of purchasing and agricultural promotion, including cacao bean negotiation, supplier engagement, and market evaluation. Pedro holds a Technical degree in Agricultural Business Administration, is a Professional Agronomist, and is currently pursuing a specialization in Senior Management and Organizational Development.
