Angélica Leguízamo

Angélica Leguízamo is the Director of Value Chain Strengthening for the Cacao for Development Project (C4D). She is an economist from the University of Los Andes in Bogotá, with an MSc in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Angélica has extensive experience in managing territorial investment projects and has previously served as the Country Director for the USAID Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) program in Colombia; Coordinator of the “Promoting Innovative Models of Agribusiness” project in an alliance between the Colombian Farmers Association (SAC) and CAF – Development Bank of Latin America; Director of Project Execution and Evaluation for the Agency for Territorial Renewal (ART) of the Colombian Ministry of Agriculture; and advisor for territorial investment at both the Ministry of Public Finance and the National Planning Department of Colombia.
