Megan Ash is an Associate Director within the Labor Unit at Partners of the Americas. Prior to joining Partners, Megan supported education and capacity-building programming at a small nonprofit working to advance gender equality in the coffee sector in Latin America. Megan also served as an education volunteer with the Peace Corps in Costa Rica, where she discovered her passion for promoting social change and human rights through education. Megan holds an M.A. in International Education Policy from the University of Maryland, where she concentrated her studies on Gender and Development, and a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish from Colorado State University.
