*Higher Education Institution Members of Partners of the Americas pay an annual fee of $999 and receive certain benefits. Those who join at the same time as registering for the event will receive a 50% discount on the membership ($500 savings) and gain access to the event member rate ($200 savings). To do so, simply select the membership add-on during event registration.
Partners Chapter members and members of the 100,000 Strong in the Americas Innovation Network should register at the non-member rate.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be received via email by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, September 15th, 2017. If you cancel by Friday, September 15th, 2017, your main conference registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds can be given on pre- or post-conference workshops or events or on Partners membership purchased at time of registration.

Refunds will be made in the form of a check drawn on a US bank or refunded to the card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds will be given.

No refunds of any kind will be made for cancellations received after Friday, September 15th, 2017. No refunds will be given for “no-shows,” late arrivals, early departures, and/or anyone who does not notify us by the cut-off date using the methods set forth herein.
